Although I agree with the notion of moderation when it comes to caffeine consumption, I think that this would relate to just about anything you put in your body — including plain water. Moderation is key!
Here are a couple of links in regards to the positive impact caffeine or coffee consumption may have on the human body including studies that show it can protect against Type 2 Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, liver Cancer, Liver Cirrhosis and can even lower the risk of death from cardiovascular disease.
